Idaho meets Chicago at our May First Friday! Telaya will be showcasing their beloved and handcrafted Washington & Idaho wines alongside a seasonally crafted menu by Brix Catering!
Join us at the chef’s table! This exclusive experience, for a group up to six people, gives you special access to have a seat in the kitchen where you'll interact with Zach (Founder & Sommelier) , Joe (Chef & Partner) of Brix Catering & Events, and the Telaya team; they’ll be sure to make the kitchen the best seat in the house! This experience is highlighted by special tastings of food & wine in addition to the family-style First Friday menu. Get the inside peek at what it's like to put together a dinner like this with all of the hustle & bustle of a typical kitchen service. We like to keep it lively so come prepared for some fun!
The chef’s table can accommodate 2 - 6 guests at a total cost of $750. Please confirm with purchase the number of guests in your group and any dietary restrictions.

Telaya was built on a foundation of family and hard work. These two principles guide our philosophy in handcrafting Washington and Idaho wines, and our focus on hospitality.
Telaya started in 2008, when we produced 50 cases of carefully conceived wine. We’ve grown quite a bit since then. Our facility--which includes a full production space and tasting room--is located right on the Boise Greenbelt, just minutes from downtown and few feet from the Boise River. Guests can enjoy tastes, glasses and bottles of our Washington and Idaho wine while overlooking the scenic river.
