Chef Tom Van Lente has cut his teeth with some of Chicago’s highest profile restaurant

groups - The BoKa Restaurant Group, One Off Hospitality and Four Corners. Being

recognized from organizations ranging from The Michelin Guide, Chicago Tribune,

Chicago Magazine and Plate Magazine (30 Chefs to Watch, 2015) has helped Van

Lente push for the highest of standards in both food and hospitality. Recently, Van

Lente added a new position to his resume: business owner. Van Lente started his own

company, TVL Culinary, in the fall of 2017. His passion for top tier products, high quality

execution and relentless approach to hospitality has never been stronger. Van Lente

now has the ability to bring his own flair and expertise into your home, office or any

space in need of an event or party. TVL Culinary is in full swing with dinners, consulting

opportunities and even has a couple weddings filling up the calendar. When he’s not

cooking, consulting or throwing the best dinner parties around, Tom can be found

keeping a close eye on his family run business, Drury Lane Theater in Oakbrook

Terrace, Illinois. He calls Roscoe Village home with his wife Shannon, son Benson,

daughter Everly and pitbull, Mr. Bananas.
