We are getting closer and closer to moving to our new space in Roscoe Village. One of the features we will be offering in the new location is a service window at the front of the building with coffee and pastries during the week. We have a rotating menu of pastries that we will make from scratch including adult pop-tarts, empanadas, and croissants. To accompany these we have teamed up with our friends at Metric Coffee to create Brix own special blend. On top of that we will be offering their nitro cold brew that we have been enjoying for the past couple of months to keep the team moving! The service window will offer us the opportunity to meet the neighbors and share our favorite coffee with the neighborhood. Additionally, as a dog owner, I am so excited to offer someone the opportunity to walk up, grab a cup of coffee, and not have to leave their four legged friend outside. We are planning to move into the new space May 1st and hopefully have the service window up and running by the end of the month.
